Wedding at the AMAZING Switzer Farm!

One of our new favorite venues to DJ a wedding or private event in Mendocino is called Switzer Farm.  It’s nestled along side the ocean in Westport, CA. 

DJ Tony had the pleasure of providing DJ services for the ceremony and reception at Switzer Farm for Jillian and Jesse on Saturday, May 1, 2021.  It was a beautiful sunny yet windy coastal day. 

Jillian and Jesse exchanged vows in the grassy field below the victorian house that over looks the Mendocino coast.  This is a very unique and special place, it’s very hard to not get caught up in the beauty of the ocean and watching the wind blow through the enormous eucalyptus trees on the south side of the property.  At the conclusion of the ceremony, the wedding guests followed our awesome wedding coordinator Zoe Braga back up to the Switzer Home for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while Jillian & Jesse stayed behind to have family photos with their amazing photographer Nelli Noel Nguyen.

Soon after that we moved the guests to the adjacent main lawn that overlooks the grassy field and ocean!  Such an amazing place to dine!  The meal was provided by Epicurean Escape and the craft cocktails were mixed and served by the one and only Mendocino Outland Bartending!  We moved pretty quickly through dinner and toasting so we could get to Jillian’s most anticipated part of her wedding evening ….. the dance floor!  Jillian wanted lots of Beyonce, top 40 and hip hop and that’s what she got.  The dance floor was filled from the beginning of the set until the very end and they got to watch the sun set over the ocean as they danced.  It doesn’t get much better and we couldn’t be happier for Jillian and Jesse!  We only wish we had another 2 hours cause they didn’t want to stop dancing. 

We are so blessed and fortunate to DJ weddings and privates in such a beautiful place …. looking forward to seeing you all out there in the Mendocino, Napa, Sonoma and greater bay area event spaces.
